General Bonus Rules

One Bonus at a Time

All bets placed on nxbet are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, market, or game type, as displayed within the platform at the time of placing the bet. Sports Betting

• Bets are void if a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the period specified in the applicable rules for that market.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's current odds and the outcome of any real-time adjudication process. nxbet reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an event outcome has already been determined.

• Accumulator and parlay bets are accepted where available. If one or more legs of a multi-bet are voided, the remaining legs stand and the odds are recalculated accordingly.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your nxbet account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via in-platform live chat. If your account balance is positive at the time of closure and you have met any applicable wagering requirements, nxbet will process a withdrawal of the remaining balance to your nominated payment method. Accounts closed for responsible gaming or self-exclusion reasons are treated under the terms of the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Involuntary Suspension or Closure

Where nxbet suspends or closes an account due to a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions — including confirmed fraud, collusion, underage gambling, or money laundering — any balance associated with the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, nxbet reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. nxbet will co-operate with law enforcement authorities in any related investigation.

Effect of Closure on Pending Bets

Any bets that are open and unsettled at the time of account closure will remain active and will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules. Winnings from bets that were placed before closure and settle in the player's favour will be credited to the account and processed as part of the final balance calculation, subject to verification requirements.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operators. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these terms, nxbet's decision shall be final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process initiated through the platform's official support channels.
